30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and returned in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@adamaspadel.com. Once your return has been accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Return shipping costs for regular returns are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@adamaspadel.com.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

Our 30-day return policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us instead so we can resolve the issue directly.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

During this period, you may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us within the 14-day period through the withdrawal option provided on our website or by contacting us at info@adamaspadel.com. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option, where required by law. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Your statutory right of withdrawal exists independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy and is not affected by it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will confirm whether the return meets the conditions of that policy. Once accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For valid returns made under your statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Once a refund has been issued, please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process it.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after we have confirmed that it has been issued, please contact us at info@adamaspadel.com.

Statutory Guarantee

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

If a product is defective or does not conform to what you could reasonably expect from it, you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. These rights are separate from our 30-day return policy.
