Certain products may occasionally be available for pre-order before they are in stock.

When placing a pre-order, the expected availability or shipping period will be shown on the relevant product page. Any stated date or period is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Depending on the product, payment may be collected in full or in part when you place your pre-order. The applicable payment terms will be shown at checkout.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request to cancel your pre-order before it has been processed for shipment by contacting us at info@adamaspadel.com.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies, including any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under applicable consumer law.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, any amount you have paid for the affected product will be refunded to your original payment method.
